Harold has experience in a range of commercial litigation, and construction disputes in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.

Harold obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from Sun Yat-sen University, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales. He is admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and is qualified to practise law in the PRC.
 

Harold is native in Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka, and fluent in English.

Prior to joining Origo Law, Harold had worked for two leading law firms in the PRC where he advised clients on debt capital markets, insolvency and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and compliance matters.
