Daniel has experience in a range of commercial litigation, construction disputes, and criminal matters in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia and acts for individuals and Australian and foreign companies.

Prior to joining Origo Law in 2024, Daniel was a litigation solicitor in a boutique law firm in Sydney.

​

Daniel holds a Bachelor of International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of New South Wales. He is admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

Daniel is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
