Sebastien Wong

Seb’s expertise comes from his years of experience in looking after acquisition and disposal of residential property, and complex commercial property, commercial transactions and other real estate related matters for clients in both Australia and overseas. David Fan
David is a partner at Origo Law who specialises in commercial litigation and construction disputes. David also acts for company directors and high-networth clients facing white collar crime charges.
David has demonstrated expertise in dealing with complex commercial matters, property and development disputes and building and construction matters. David has represented clients in litigation, adjudication and various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
David is bilingual and speaks Mandarin Chinese. He has extensive experience in acting for international clients on their domestic and international disputes.
Prior to joining Origo Law, David was a senior litigation lawyer at a national law firm.
